Platinum 7mm heavy weight flat wedding band

I ordered a platinum band. its about as basic as it gets.

First, the customer service was absolutely excellent. They were very responsive. I was actually able to talk to a real person right away. They were able to help me with the timing I had mentioned. 5 starts to Dellafora for keeping the customer front and center.

About the product, the band fit well and my wife loved it. The only area of improvement I think is the font size of the engraving. It is very small and hard to read. Also, I did not have an option to choose a script like some other competitors offer. That said, not a big deal for me, the price was right and I am happy with the purchase.

Also, would be great if they detail the weight of the product so I can get a good read on material price vs making charges.
